At TheLifeChic, we value each and every customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 10-20 business days from the date that it is placed.

PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME:

Processing time before shipment: 1-3 Business Days depends on the number of items ordered

Standard Shipping: 10-15 Business Days

Expedited Shipping: 7-10 Business Days

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. If you have not received the order confirmation email, please check if the email address you left us is correct or check your spam.

If you have placed your order within 24 hours, please email info@thelifechic.com and we can cancel your order for you and issue you a full refund. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after 24 hours as our warehouse will have processed your order.

SHIPPING:

Shipment takes approximately 7 to 15 business days to reach destination countries.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

SHIPPING DELAYS:

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Usually it takes about 20-30 days to some Countries other than the United States and Canada,We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy
