We hope you love your new TheLifeChic Jewelry! However, if you’re not completely happy with it or you simply changed your mind, we are more than happy to exchange it or give you a refund.
We truly want to provide the best experience to our customers so our number one priority is to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience.
How long do I have to return my item(s)?
We have a 30-day returns policy which means you have 30 days since you received your jewelry to request a return.
What can I return?
We accept returns on all items - including earrings - as long as they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earrings which have been worn.
We are fully committed to creating and providing good quality jewelry at affordable prices, which is why we offer a 6-month guarantee on all our jewelry.
If your product breaks or has a manufacturing defect within 6 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches and accidental breakage) or if the jewelry is lost.
How do I return my item(s)?
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us here and we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item(s) and get a refund (or exchange - whatever you prefer). Please kindly do not return the jewelry back to us without first contacting us.
When will I receive my refund?
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
